First off ignoring you is what everyone is doing now which is why you have slithered away. I don't see any other reason you would pull all your blogs in less you were a coward. Did Geoff's lawyer send another cease and desist your way? And as far as failing with Shockinis selling worldwide in Canada, US, Australia, Singapore and elsewhere I hardly see that as failing. You really need to learn about a company before opening your ugly mouth! Also as far as closing shop.....I doubt that will happen. I see your wife and kids leaving you way before that happens! Oh and good job switching your identity to shockertoyssucks and staring a new blog we will be tackling that next!

I've gotten numerous requests recently, asking that I repost the blogs regarding Gwarff Beckett and Shocker Toys. I've also been asked to email copies of the posts to a few people who are starting their own blogs.

While I appreciate the interest, I simply don't want to give Gwarff any more free publicity than I already have. A couple of wise people who had similar run ins with Gwarff suggested that I was devoting too much time and energy to posting about Gwarff's activities and, after I took a step back and looked at the situation, I realized they were right. As a result, I archived all the posts I had made regarding Gwarff.

I don't think that I'll be reposting any of what I've written or emailing copies to anyone. I think Gwarff has gotten way too much publicity out of this and I've probably done more harm than good in posting my dissenting opinion & rebuttals to him.

My advice for anyone wanting to carry on in my stead - ignore him. Gwarff will continue to spew his bullshit and continue to fail in 80 to 90% of his endevors. A business cannot survive with those results and eventually he will be forced to close up shop.

Give it up Reideen people are sick of your constant badgering of Shocker Toys. You are a sick man and need to get help, this has been said before. Apparently the gang over at Julius' site is just fine with Gwarff's spam posts and actually encourage them. So much for their 'we want to encourage discussion and criticism of all lines' type of thinking. My posts on this subject have mostly been deleted. SDComics must have felt they were 'flame worthy'. Either that or someone else told him to delete them. Based on Julius' history with Shocker and Gwarff, I wouldn't doubt this either...

ANYway, here's the posts that were removed. There were other posters that agreed with me, but Gwarff got those removed as well and unfortunately I didn't copy those.

Who made a personal attack? I sited specific facts and didn't attack anyone. (You however are all for going to Fwoosh and continuing this there... :oops: )

The fact is, there is a good chance based on Gwarff's previous history with licenses, that if he actually acquires the license for these characters we won't ever see them on store shelves.

See? Nothing personal - just talking about the licenses and the company. (There's a difference.)

As you can see, SD's version of 'letting me get the last word in' really just meant that he was going to delete all further discussion from me on this subject. Whatever. It's their forum. If they choose to allow Gwarff's spam, it's on them. Now, if anyone actually believes that we'll actually see more than 20% of the figures that Gwarff is pursuing the licenses for, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell them....

Just like you are making a catalog of Mr. Beckett's or should I say Shocker Toys company moves, I am making a similar log of your spewing crap!
1st anyone to give me 6-7" Image figures along with some other great Indie figures has got my attention and seems to have everyone else's as well. You remind me of the guy that stands in a picket line like Don't believe their products they don't work and cause health problems! This isn't the case, they haven't even released anything yet and are taking all the fan input before they do. If the line came out and looked like crap on a stick then you could actually add your two cents, which you probably got from your wife!

As far as the Shockini product list you posted they made 18 new Shockinis products all at the same time! Do you know ho many moulds that is? A lot for one spin and they are selling great overseas and direct here in the states. So what no Major retailers won't carry them they haven't a clue what sells in the U.S. besides Marvel and DC and Yu Gi Hoe! Plus I have actually seen them in Newbury and Shinders and Tower is also picking up the Shockini line. The reason they have trouble is loud mouths like you who do nothing but scare people away....There us nothing wrong with the Shockinis they are a very good product and when you pick it up you see that.

Plus working on all these new lines and GWAR and stuff has to cause things to be put on hold like new Shockinis. You rant that he makes crappy sculpted Shockinis so they take the time to sculpt GWAR very good I might add and you still friggin complain! You are one weird guy! I can see Mr. Shocka coming home and finding you in his underwear hamper sniffing away! You are sick and should have your family find you some serious help!

Oh and stop beating a dead horse they already have the Judge Dredd and 2000ad license you really need to get some real updated facts if you are going to stalk them. You really make a bad stalker to begin with making up things as you go along. I am starting to wonder who you are doing this for. Yourself or another toy company for free toys as payment. Oh as far as lawsuit I would sue you A$$ too you are causing financial risks and acting libel and slandering the companies name like they sold you a bad Shockini and it exploded or something.

I can certainly appreciate creators wanting to see their character immortalized in plastic. I can understand those creators wanting to give fans a figure to hold in their hands. However, shouldn't they try to do that with a company who will actually bring the product to store shelves? Beyond shockinis, Gwarff and co haven't brought any product out that they've hyped. Ribbots anyone? Even the shockini track record isn't that great.

A wide variety of colors and body types have been talked about, but very few of them have actually been made. 7 of 12 standard body types have been made in various colors. 1 of 12 possible female body types have been made. A 4 armed and a 4 legged version have been made, but the 6 armed and 6 legged have not. 2 headed, muscle body, fatty body, skinny body, tall and kid bodies have all gone unproduced. Not a very good completion ratio there...

Maybe Gwarff has been focused more on licensed properties, rather than in house designs. Let's take a look.

Here's a list of reported licenses held by Gwarff, from Gwarff's forum. (We aren't even going to discuss Thundercats, Silverhawks, Tigersharks or the rest of the 80's properties that Gwarff was bragging about acquiring. Warner Brothers was too difficult to work with, so Gwarff claims he stopped pursuing the lines.)

Toxic Avenger - This one was manufactured, but it looked like a cross between a california raisin and a dog turd on a ballerina body...

WOW!!!, First off when i got it, ###### are bigger than i thought, and its awesome!!! The size of it is fun because im so use to playing with minimates then to play with a bigger but still minitype figure is different and very fun! This figure is very very very Fun to play with, the articulation is amazing!!! 18!!!! To be honest i didnt think ###### where that great from pics and stuff, BUT WOW!!! In person they are fricking amazing!

This is the type of toy i take everywhere with me and would play with!
It definitly will not be going in the shoe box, it will stay right here at my desk, it can do some many poses and hold so many different accessories from different toy lines, the shockini is bigger than minimate, but smaller than a gi joe. Perfect Size!!!!

the fact that every joint is ball jointed is a very very nice feature and makes posability even better!!! Awesome toy!! It can be very very successful!!!

You guys should all get a Shockini!!!!!!!

I was quite suprised that it arrived today (today as in tuesday) i was expecting a later date.The camera im using is pretty bad and I dont have a image hoster so for now I will just try to describe it the best i can.

The packaging was small enough to fit through my letter box which is a good thing because I didnt want someone to just leave it outside my house.The package is padded out to protect the Shockini.

The package contains a ###### in a plastic sleeve, a black circular base in plastic sleeve and a ###### card.

The ###### is made out of white plastic and has 18 poa and is 3" tall, because of the ###### articulation you can get all kind of calls poses out of it and you can pull apart his body and reconnect his body parts.THe ###### has a nice block figure look it also has one tiny hole in each of its feet so it can fit/slot into the black circular stand that came with the figure.

Overall, a great figure to play with and should be added to any block figure collection.

Well done ###### its a great figure.

But now I dont know what to customise, I had ideas but with all of the ###### articulation I want to make a character whos very flexible.

After seeing the last picture on your post NC I think that a Shockini would be just about the right size for a Sentinel. Don't you think?

That's an excellent idea RJ!

After seeing some of the customization that has been done, the Shockini has grown on me. It's still in 2nd place (behind my Minimates) but I would buy one if I saw it on the shelf. Others, like Kubricks and Mez-its just don't have the articulation that I have come to look for (I sound like a ML freak, don't I?). The sculpted heads etc on Mez-its are nice, but the rest of the body just leaves me going "Ehh".

I have to admit, I really admire Shocker's committment to talking to the fans and getting their input, whether it is good or bad. Listening to them is really the way to get a grass roots, groundswell of support behind a new product like this, and for that, I applaud them. I think they are headed in the right direction. Too many companies did excellent work (Resaurus comes to mind) and have disappeared. I would like to see the Shockini's succeed for you ######. Good luck!

At least he types, at least he listens to his fans and answers their questions! Do any of your beloved toy companies step onto the line and listen to your feedback and answer your questions? I just found out that 2000 A.D.'s Rogue Trooper comic series is being made into a video game for the PS2, Xbox, and PC Computer. So I was just wondering if you guys can get in contact with Rebellion (the guys who are making this game) and see if you can sell a Rogue Trooper Shockini figure with the game, or see if you can do a special gift offer with the game (like if you Pre-order the game you will get a Rogue Trooper Shockini figure for free).

I've never heard of a 2000 A.D. character named "Rouge Trooper". Now, that may very well be on some movie with men in dresses singing and dancing, but I wouldn't know Geoff. Not exactly what I had pictured. Maybe it's a New Jersey thing that us midwesterners just wouldn't understand.

For those that aren't familiar with the 2000 AD line of books, the character "Rogue" was a genetically-engineered warrior, bred to fight in the galaxy's deadliest war-zones. But the G.I.'s brothers-in-arms were ambushed at the Quartz Zone Massacre, betrayed by one of their own generals. The only survivor, Rogue went A.W.O.L, vowing to hunt down the traitor general and bring him to justice. He managed to save 3 bio-chips from his fellow soldiers. The digitised souls of former brothers-in-arms Gunnar (situated in Rogue's gun), Helm (in Rogue's helmet), and Bagman (in Rogue's backpack). The trio are used to aid their fellow G.I.s in combat.

Wow the hit's just keep coming from this Reideen Looser! I doubt that he saw a robot toy for $1.00 made by Shocker Toys. Also the E-Bay listing that you have seen Mr. Reideen is a guy who bought them from Southern Island for next to nothing along with other company's products when he went out of the sales business. I found that out directly from Southern Island. The guy selling them has no idea what they are worth nor does he care, he's making a profit on them. Also does Mr. Reideen know that tons of the robot shockini versions were sold and shipped after Toy Fair this year? And that they are going to be in TRU Asia and TRU U.S. from what I hear. Man Mr. Reideen really has a few screws loose is he thinks he is impressing anyone with this knowledge of out of date and false facts. I wonder if he has always been a bully and a liar? Probably the little fat kid who got picked on in school then grew mean and bigger and picked on everyone else. Again Mr Reideen please take you pills, please go to a GWAR concert and see how many fans are there! I dare you to scream GWAR who cares at a packed show! The all new Shoulder Action Figures and anime!

Hello from Shocker Toys, We are a Toy/Game company located in New Jersey. We have produced a new online cartoon/comic book and soon to be new anime Electrobytes. In the Electrobytes story it is the year 2070 a company called Shocker Corporation has released many usefull robots but now they are releasing a shoulder companion robot called an Electrobyte. A small 11 inch fighting robot that the children will wear on their shoulders and use to battle other kidÂs Electrobytes in special arenas around the world. Using a special chip the bots were only allowed to function in the arenas. But due to a mistake they recieved a worker bot chip allowing them to function anywhere anytime. Two days later a great meteor storm has leveled much of the planets cities and resources. A General aid to the President of The United States has been left in charge of rebuilding. He starts a council of four other members to help with the process. One of the members Cristal is the inventor of the Electrobytes has decided to spread the word of the Electrobytes to the children so they will stay out of the way during rebuilding. She has named the children who own an Electrobyte Electrotykes. Our main focus is on four teens living in a new town called Fraggo. Our adventurous teens are Acey (Cristals niece) Chad and Rick(brothers) and Mac (Our villian). They roam around on different adventures fighting with Mac and his evil bots. And they are always looking for new Electrobytes and upgrades and ammo for the ones they own now.

Also tying into Electrobytes we have a new toy line coming out in a few months called the Shoulder Action Figures which are action figures that kids can wear on their shoulders just like the characters in the Electrobytes story. The first will be a 11 inch figure called Ape-X it will be available three versions a retro a regular and a girl version. Also they will have plenty of articulation and attachments. This toy will be geared for ages 5-10 and will go hand in hand with the cartoon Electrobytes.

I saw an Ape-X at my comic shop the other day. He was on clearance for $1.00. It's been there for over a month at that price. I wonder how long it'll stay there??

When doing a search on Ebay for Shockinis, it looks like they sell for about $1.99 (when they sell). Check the completed listings and you'll see what I mean.

As to their new product line - Gwar - who really cares? Maybe the 100 or so Gwar fans that are out there? This is a line that will be stuck in specialty store hell - just like McFarlane's KISS and Motley Crue figures were. Look at it this way - if McFarlane passed on this license, do you honestly think that Shocker will do any better??

Is this Reideen1313 seriously mental? He's making malicious and derogatory comments on a cartoon like property that does not even exist. Seems this was made by the Shocker Toys company back in 2001 when they were in R&D. I don't see Mr Reideen coming up with super cartoon and comic or toy ideas. Oh yea it's because he has no life and no imagination just a head full of Nebraska rocks. I laugh at the fact that Mr Reideen does not comment on the fact that Shocker Toys is making 7" GWAR figures and everyone wants them. Our story begins when a teen fighter pilot from Earth named Quell gets sucked into a space rift when he comes to he sees Earth only its much greener then it usually is. This Reideen guy is really getting to into his own little world! If you admit that you will be going to a Companies website under a masked IP to take data to use it maliciously then you are committing a crime. This reideen character does not gather info to report it or give opinions he gathers it to add to his blog to make the Shocker Toys company look bad. That is against the law whether you are doing it in a newspaper on the televisions or the god given internet! Just because you are blogger does not mean you can use info and freedom of speech to damage a companies reputation or business.
You say you are a blogger Mr. Reideen but I say you are an internet bully who needs to be punished. The Shocker Toys forums and it's main site "which the new one is looking great" Says all rights reserved. One day Mr. Reideen this will all catch up with you. What has Shocker Toys done to wrong you did they burn down your house? Did they steal your job? Did they sleep with your wife? Did they kidnap your children? I don't think they did any of those things or anything at all to you and you just want to show off and be a bully. You Mr. Reideen and your blog site are a complete waste of time! Give it up and go back to being a daddy with no life!

I did quite a bit of research on this subject previously, but in light of those recent events, I thought this was probably a timely topic.

This is part one of a series - I'll discuss reasons that we need to have the ability to blog & surf the net anonymously.

First of all, it IS NOT illegal to post/surf anonymously. As an American, I have the right to a number of things. I have the right to privacy. I have the right to free speech. I have the right to bear arms. These things tie into my right to say what I want on my blog and I can do so without worrying about a corporation (big or small) coming after me.

Posting (and surfing the net) anonymously allows reporters to communicate with sources for stories. It allows parents some sense of security when they allow their children to play on the family PC. Posting anonymously behind a 'screen name' allows political disenters to voice their political views - even if they are in the minority - they still have the freedom to state their views without worry of persecution. These are just a few examples of how anonymous free speech is important to our country. Anonymous free speech IS protected by the First Amendment.

The internet has become the ultimate source for free speech. Anyone with a connection can state their views on anything. They don't even have to own a computer - all they need to do is go to the local library and log on.

That said, if a company has an internet site/forum and wants to display/discuss upcoming product on said site/forum, I can discuss that information. If they display their upcoming product at say, Toy Fair, and put out press releases, I can discuss that information. It's just like discussing the same products at my local comic book shops. The only difference is, I'm reaching a (potentially) wider audience by posting on the internet.

Wow a grown man crying like his kids! I'm glad Shocker Toys did something about it. Hmmm if they found out his IP then they are one step ahead of him. I wonder if they already reported Mr. Reideen's blog for libel, slander and misuse of trademarks and copy written names! And now Mr. Reideen is admitting that he's going to illegally mask his IP to gain access to the Shocker Toys website to cause malicious harm and use info for members only for libel intent. Man if they are looking at that he will be in some trouble. Also I don't see what stupid stuff Shocker Toys is doing at their forums besides communicating with their fans. Again I have to say that this man has no life besides his kids and his computer, but that's just my opinion. Let's see what else this creep does now!

I personally Like Shocker Toys but I kind of wonder why they haven't done anything about this prick yet? I am loving the fact that he is giving so much ammo to work with so if not Shocker Toys then I can sure have fun with this. I would post a link to my real blog on here but will remain on the outs as to not involve anyone.

In all honesty if Shocker Toys communicates with their fans about licenses they are looking into, then I have way more respect for them then any of the other so called companies. I just think Mr Reideen grew up to fast, didn't believe in birth control and now cannot be involved in the toy industry he so much loves. Don't cry here is a tissue for your thoughts! He will never grow up or make any real contributions; except having his worthless blog posted on all the worhtless toy news sites that he buddies up with. Also I love the fact that he says he has seen the products but from hearing inside news had gotten a few free for him and his worthless offspring and enjoyed them very much. This is Mr. Reideen in all his wisdom. His post below states that the Shocker Toys site is going down and won't be back up. But in fact it has moved to a new server and is up and running fine. He is also really stepping on thin ice by stating the companies name and the fact of false information based on Shocker Toys LLP. These things can hold up in a court of law and cause Mr. Reideen1313 some serious problems. Mr. Reideen needs to realize he is dealing with an Incorporation and not some little internet buddy on the web. I see a google cease and desist coming his way very soon! I also as a fan of the said company can't wait to pick out more crap that Mr. Reideen1313 falsifies!
